8. We’re offering Cleaning Services including home, apartment, villa, event cleaning, deep cleaning services with a team of professional Cleaners. We also provide professional painting services all over Dubai.
9. We will assist in making the arrangements for your clean when you book a cleaner via Fixlife. The fee you pay to our cleaners is not refundable once the cleaning is complete (except there is a violation by our Cleaner). The Company has the right to adjust the price structure in the future. All taxes are your responsibility (except taxes based on our income).
10. All content on the website is our property or is used with our permission. This content includes, but is not limited to, the organisation, style, appearance, images, and other elements. Other than as permitted by the copyright notice, which is a part of these terms and conditions, reproduction is strictly forbidden.
11. Fixlife is not accountable for the illegal actions of its cleaners and customers.
12. Through third-party background check services, Fixlife does direct and indirect background checks on its cleaning partners. To protect their personal safety and property, each user should use prudence and common sense, just as they would if they were confronted by a stranger. By employing the cleaner/cleaning firm partner services through Fixlife, consumers agree to hold Fixlife harmless for any damages and/or missing items.
13. The Fixlife website will post any changes to rates and costs 10 days in advance, but there is no requirement for advance notice for short promotions or any changes that result in lower rates and fees.
14. You will be charged by Fixlife for your confirmed booking using the payment method listed on the website (e.g. a credit card or cash). We may request a pre-authorization of your credit card account before your transaction if you elect to pay any applicable charges with your credit card.
15. Customers using the website who are teenagers or under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as Users, conduct transactions on the website, or use the website in any way.
16. You must save a copy of the transaction records, our policies, and restrictions if you decide to use your credit card to pay the fee.
17. You are in charge of protecting the privacy of every piece of information in your account
